Did I install the wrong version of Zimbra?

I am a new user of Zimbra (Vista/ Zimbra version 7.1.1). I keep reading forums and Q&As about Zimbra features that I can’t find on my installation.

For example, I wanted to move multiple emails to a folder at one time. One of the forums suggested to check the desired emails and click "Move Selected Items". However, I do not see "Move Selected Items".

I posted another thread about Mail Preferences I have read about, that I do not see on my version such as changing the number of messages displayed in the message pane, setting up auto-reply, etc.

I am starting to think I may have downloaded an incorrect version.

Any ideas?
