Missing Mail Preferences

Hello,
I am a new user to Zimbra. I am running Zimbra desktop v 7.1.1 on Windows Vista . When I click on the "Preferences" tab, then select Mail on the left, I do not see the following options:

Changing the number of messages displayed in the message pane
Changing the duration that Zimbra will check for new mail
Changing the way messages are previewed
Setting actions for Zimbra to take when a new message arrives
Setting up an auto–reply message.

Any idea why?
