Importing Outlook 2010 contacts to Zimbra desktop

I have followed the simple instructions on the help page for this import from Outlook 2010 to Zimbra desktop. Zimbra shows importing then "import successful." However, I cannot find the contacts anywhere in Zimbra desktop. At the propmt I choose contacts in Zimbra.

Shouldn't I expect to see my Outlook contacts, form a csv folder import into Zimbra and appear under contacts in Zimbra?

I had the same difficulty until I imported the cvs file into a newly created address book. That allowed the contacts to be seen under the Address Book tab. Incidently, before I did that, I was able to confirm the imported file was recognized by ZD because the contacts were available when creating a new email.
