When you installed Zimbra, did the icon appear in your dock?

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
YES the icon appears in my dock - greyed out - and all I get is the spinning daisy wheel and the error message....

Default Ongoing problems

In case anyone is following this thread with bated breath : despite the update today (20120404) of Java for Mac, I am STILL unable to get Zimbra Desktop to launch. I STILL only ever get the spinning daisy wheel....
I have to use Zimbra installed through Prism - which has the disadvantage that I don't get badge notifications.
