Default Bringing Over "Sent" Folder from Webmail account?

Hi Zimba,

Total newb here. Thank you for your assistance.

I downloaded Zimba on a recommendation to try it for personal email centralization. I work with a number of companies and therefore have a number of email accounts. The first account I tried to bring over was successful only in pulling down the INBOX from a web-based mail account that I was using SquirrelMail to manage a POP3 account. The email files are on a hosted server.

What did not come down were the items in the SENT folder, nor the sub-folders of the inbox. Can someone please tell me what I did wrong?

Thanks!

I assume this is a question about Zimbra Desktop not migrating to a Zimbra Collaboration SUite server (which is where you posted it)? I'll move it to the correct forum.

You will ot see the other folders if you use POP3, for a good email experience you should always use IMAP.
