ZD stopped after upgrading to 7.0.1

Hello,

On one of the systems, ZD 2.0.1 (build 10659) was working properly. I upgraded ZD to 7.0.1 (build 10791) [Windows XP SP3], now it doesn't load even for first time. Tried with user privileges as well as administrator privileges but result is same.

Can anybody guide me to resolve the issue?

We have the same problem in approximately 8 to 10 computers out of 40 machines. (Desktop or Laptops All IBM machines) No reason for such high failures noticed. Any one can help us
