Zimbra Cscript 0xc0000142

Hi dear forum \0/
I have the trouble with latest zimbra desktop 7.0.1 on Windows XP SP3. When a user close their worksession or shutdown the pc, he get a critical message for several seconds. Everything works fine, but this problem occurs on a clean machine with clean zimbra desktop installation.
The system windows journal get a apllication popup event ID26:

Apllication Popup: cscript.exe - apllication erorr : Application failed to initialize (0xc0000142). To exit the application, click "ОК".

Anybody get it?

Zimbra desktop commandline for startup is: C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe "C:\Program Files\Zimbra\Zimbra Desktop\win32\zdrun.vbs"
If i change and delete C:\WINDOWS\system32\cscript.exe from startup commandline, the zimbra desktop will work normaly or not?
