Default Disappearing Email?

Is it possible that my Zimbra is set to auto-delete email after a folder gets to a certain capacity? And if so, where would I go to revise this setting?

I was just doing an archive / export and noticed that in some folders I have email documentation from 2010, while in others there are no 2010 documents when there should be.

Thanks for your assistance in advance

No, Zimbra does not auto-delete any email (except for the Trash folder and that's normally after 30days). You need to provide details of which Zimbra product and version you're using and exact steps to reproduce the problem.

Looks like I will need to do a little digging - I'm not the admin, just a lowly user.

Is this Zimbra Desktop of Zimbra Colaboration Suite? If it's ZCS then the admin can look in the log files to see what's happening on a specific account. If you do have a quota on a specific account it will only stop receiving email and does not delete it. Post again when you've got more information.

There's no such thing and they're the ones that keep an Admin in a job.
