Default service.FAILURE: system failure: Authentication error

Hello I got this error when I tried to set up my yahoo account on my office PC. I had no problem setting it up on my home PC. Is it because Zimbra desktop is limited to one instance of installation for the same yahoo account? Or is it because the company firewall?

    Thank you.

That would appear to be the error and it is (as you mentioned earlier) probably caused by your firewall or perhaps a proxy(?) in use at your company. As you've already connected to the account via your home PC there's no reason why you shouldn't be able to connect from your work PC.

Thanks for the reply. My next question is: I can log in my yahoo account directly through mail.yahoo.com on my office PC. So Zimbra is using a different port setting than the real yahoo account?

    Thank you.
