Default Can i sync mails of one mail to other mail

Hi,

I have a question can i sync all the mails of one to other. for example if i am using Yahoo and Gmail, can I sync all my Yahoo Mails to my Gmail.

What does your question have to do with Zimbra Collaboration Suite? Which Zimbra product are you using?

i am actually using Zimbra Desktop for windows and i wanted to sync my mails into other mail id. so i could not figure it out so posted a thread hoping to get a probable solution

That isn't the point of an offline mail client, it's meant to download mail from several external server and you are then able to view them in the one client. There should be no need to synchronise the mail between two accounts as you can view then in one 'combined' Inbox in the client.

No actually after transfer of mails from one mails into other mail i want to delete my mail account.

Eg. After i transfer all my yahoo mails form yahoo to gmail i want to delete my yahoo account

You can export the account and you should be able to import the file into another account - make sure you take a backup of the accounts before you export or import data. I'd also suggest you use the ZD 7.1 beta (available on the ZD beta downloads page).

can you give some step wise sequence to follow to achieve the transfer all my mails. That would be really helpful.

Go to the preference tab and backup all the accounts in ZD, then go to the import/export you want to export and do (it will save it to disk) that then go to the account you want to import the data to and import the file you've just exported.
