Advanced search etc

Is it possible when completing an advanced search to select search all folders? All I can find it a drop down that I have to check each and every time I wish to carry out a search.

Also I have other requests:

- Is it possible to colour code calendar events? (I already alter status)
- Is it possible to add reminders to flagged messages without having to add a calendar event?
- Is it possible to search purely flagged emails? Or rather, display only flagged emails
- How do you insert hyperlinks into emails? (As in TEXT which has a hyperlink in it, rather than the link itself written out)
- Is it possible to attach old/sent etc emails to new emails?
