Hello,

I have just installed Zimbra Desktop on Windows 7. First time using it as a trial. I am interested in the tasks feature but no matter how I try I cannot convert an email to a task. I have viewed previous posts about how you should be able to now right click and select 'convert to task' - I don't have this option. Dragging the email to the task tab does not work (with or without using shift). Is this feature not available in the desktop version, if so, how do I get it to work?

This is at the moment preventing me from wanting to use Zimbra, just need a quick yes or no as to whether it is possible?

Try the ZD 7.1beta (available on the ZD/Beta downloads page), I can confirm it works with that.
