The zdesktop.out file reads that it can not find the localconfig.xml file. I have searched the referenced path and the file is not there.
I have tried to reinstall the software from the original installation file and that does nothing to change the problem.
I have access to this machine via a remote connection so all work that I must do is very slow and cumbersome. The machine is running Windows Vista Home (x64). 4GB RAM.
