7.0.1 GA Release (Filtering Section

Hi,
I am here to have assistance regarding FILTERING SECTION.
My problem is:
I don't find RUN button/command/link in PREFERENCE>FILTER section/page.
I can see my two lines with a check mark on them (indicating ACTIVE FILTERS). Means I have made two filters.
But
they are not working. I closed the zimbra and again opened the program but NO FILTERING happened.

Then I wanted to apply filters MANUALLY but could find and LINK OR BUTTON OR COMMAND to RUN these filters in PREFERENCE>FILTER page/section.
So in short TWO Problems: no LINK or Button or Command FOUND which represents RUN (for filters)
AND NO.2: NO AUTOMATIC FILTERING IS HAPPENING.
PLUS
is there any way to filter my messages to LOCAL FOLDERS? If yes then plz guide me how to do that.
As I tried to make a folder using filter process but it doesnt make folder under LOCAL FOLDERS but it makes the folder under the respective account.
