Default Can not install on XP

I have tried to install zimbra desktop 3 times on my XP machine, each time removing and totally uninstalling, including local app folders and settings, registry files. I am not sure what to do. The installation completes, it says initializing, I press OK, and it is never seen again. Any suggestions? XP 2.8GHZ Intel Dell optiplex, 2 gigs memory.
