Trouble with syncing zDesktop with Google account

Hi ; apologies if this is the wrong place for this question.

I am using zDesktop 7.0.1 (build 10791). Since upgrading to this version I have not been able to sync with my Google Calendar or IMAP mail. Any ideas why? It was working great before I upgraded! I have made sure that the application is able to work the firewall.
