Default Sync offline mail to multiple clients?

Hello we use Zimbra for our company and love it!

My problem is though we need a way to be able to delete orders from the zimbra server but save them to our desktop clients.

The problem we are having is that if for example we move one message to Johns offline folder then the other workers are unable to see it on the server or on there zimbra desktop.

Is there a simple solution to enable us to sync all the desktop clients?
or even a complex one would work thanks for the help.

When it moves it, it literally moves it (delete from one account, and add to another). Deleting it from his online account removes it from the server.

Zimbra doesn't have an option to "copy" a message, so you're not going to find an easy way to do that.
