Inserting HTML Template in emails?

Hello

I just downloaded Zimbra and so far I like what I am seeing.
I do however have a question:

How can I insert an html template in an email? Similar to what can be done in Opera Mail.

Hi,
there is a zimlet for this purpose. I'm not sure if the zimlet supports zcs 7+, try it and let us know

What I am looking to do really is have the following html shown at the beginning of each email.
