    Default Complete removal of v7

    I just uninstalled ver 1.04, and intalled v7. The initial sync seemd to work fine, but after second day, sync is failing and error popup is telling us that the password may have changed (it had not changed initially, but I did reset user's password on the server thinking that would help.)

    I think there must be some remnant(s) of old desktop that has me messed up.
    Please advise me as to completely stripping all remnants of all zimbra desktop so I can start this user all over?

    I reinstalled ver 7, and then Reset and Removed user's account in "Setup". Reconfigured her, and it seems like it's working OK.
