You've actually given very few details about what exactly the problem is. You've also posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum (the same as your last thread which you didn't bother to give any follow-up), is that the product you're using or is it Zimbra Collaboration Server? When you get a reply to your post it would help if you gave some further follow-up if you want help.
