Of course it can 'forward' email, it wouldn't be much use if your couldn't do that.

You need to give an exact description of what you're trying to do and why it's failing (include any error messages).

If 'forward' feature still exists, how could I configure it? I didn't see this feature in DeskTop or Web client, "perference"->Mail? Only notification.

It's on that page but it might have been disable in the Admin UI/COS for that user.
