Postal Address not Synced with Google Contacts

Why isn't Zimbra Desktop syncing the postal address of my google contacts?

Gmail address doesn't appear in Zimbra contacts and when creating a contact in Zimbra the address doesn't appear in Google!!!

Is it a bug or a known limitation? Thanks

UPDATE:

The Home address is working when created in gmail, i can see it in Zimbra. But Work address is not working properly.

Also i've noted that not all the phone numbers are syncing

same here; but I have not (yet) noted the problem with the phone numbers.
