Creating contact groups

I'm using Zimbra version 7 and I want to create contact groups. The online help provides instructions on how to do this activity by there is no option within contacts or address book to create a "New Contact Group" under the "New" Tab. Thoughts?

there is an option under new tab for 'new contact group' in my 7.0.1. I can see that . You are referring to ZCS right?

No - this is the problem, for some reason I do not have the option under the new tab to create a new contact group. I do have options to create a new message, appointment, task, document, etc. but no new contact group option

I'm using Zimbra Desktop and I'm not seeing the creat group contact option under the "new" button on the desktop
