syncing google calendar with Zimbra

Seems to have been asked plenty without answer.
Is there any way to have the google calendar actually sync with the zimbra rather than have the zimbra desktop merely import the google.
You can look at the 2 together but not have them become one via 2 way sync.
Any ideas please as the rest of the application for google as a default email is perfect.

Forgot to add...
Because of this inability to sync both ways, Am not able to delete any google applied events/tasks from either default or google calendar in Zimbra !
Seems the only way to get an event onto and off the google calendar is to get on the website !
and yet when you setup the account, you are given the option of syncing calendars.
please help moderators etc as it seems an essential to such a good app.

shortly said - no bidirectional sync with google calendar.

but there is a bug filed, see Bug 39402 – Ability to access and mount external calendars via CalDAV in ZWC so hopefully this will resolved some time in the future.
