possible conflict with Outlook

Hi since upgrading to latest Zimbra 7? I am having problems with Outlook 2003 in that after a reboot any emails to outlook go into what seems like a temp inbox and once read are deleted - I cannot move them to folders etc.
Outlook works ok when I do a full repair. But fails again on a reboot (each morning)

All worked fine with the earlier version of Zimbra.

Any ideas how to fix.
