    Default can not sync

    I have installed zimbra desktop 7 and my OS is windows XP. I have added my email which is zimbra mail but now it can not sync.
    after pressing send/recieve it goes offline.
    Pl. help

    Please post your errors. So that we can know what error you are getting ?
