    Default ???noResultsFound??? When Printing From ZD7.0.1

    Sometimes printing works, sometimes it fails when rendering the print preview with the body "???noResultsFound???" and the title displaying "???zimbraTitle???".

    We are seeing this in multiple ZD 7.0.1 installations connecting to a ZCS 6.0.12 server, on both Windows and Macs.

    After several attempts, the print preview generally renders correctly and the page can be printed.

    We tried reindexing the ZD mailbox store, but that doesn't help.

    Before we turn on debugging and look at opening a new bug report, has anyone else seen this?

    We are seeing this as well - we are connecting to a 7.0.1 server though.

    Here the same issue.
    ZD 7.0.1 / ZCS 6.0.13
    Windows XP IE7

    Anybody have tryed the latest beta?

    Any fix?

    The latest beta of what, ZD? The current version of ZD is 7.0.1 and there's no more recent version.

    My company too is having the same issue. It doesn't happen all of the time and seems to be effecting particular emails, especially ones with attachments. It doesn't matter if I restart Zimbra desktop or not, particular emails will just not print. The only way that I am able to print those emails is to log in to the web interface and print them for there. We are using FOSS 7.1 and ZD 7.0.1.

    I read that ZD 7.1.1 due for August has cure for lot of print related problems.

    ZD 7.1.2 the ???noResultsFound??? still occurs. We have noticed that after receiving an email message this error occurs when attempting to print any message after that. Only a Shift F5 to refresh or quit ZD and start it again gets rid of the error. I have commented on the BUG and hopefully someone sees it and can fix it too.
