???noResultsFound??? When Printing From ZD7.0.1

Also in new installation with ZD 7.1.2 is giving sometimes radomly ???noResultsFound????
Version ZD 7.1.1 also in the same computer before upgrading.

Curiously in others version ZD 7.1.1 is working fine, server is using Zimbra Foss 7.0.1, the only difference that I can see physically between this one and others is that the one that has failures has connected one printer HP P1102w by his usb port. Also the configuration of ZD has tow mail accounts under Zimbra.

i use ZD 7.1.4 in windows 7 Pro 64 Bit. All of windows ZD have the same error. please solve the problem soon.

This isn't a problem, printing from ZD works for me in all versions of Windows.

If you have a problem then you need to give exact steps to reproduce the problem including any information you've got from debugging the problem.

Posting 'fix it' comments in these forums isn't very helpful in trying to get the problem fixed. The correct place for bug reports (and feature requests) is in bugzilla, you can also search there to see if there's a bug filed (or fixed) already.

I try to print an email from web client, ZD for Mac and ZD for Windows. Everything is fine from web interface (IE, Chrome, Firefox) and ZD for Mac. But i can not print using ZD for Windows. I try to test nearly 5 machine and get same error on all of them. These are configurations of them

Windows : Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit
ZD : ZD 7.1.4

When i open the ZD, i just click a message and then click print button, then suddenly open a windows that say "???noResultsFound???"

Now i use Shift + F6 > Tools > Error Console and then when i click the print button it says

"Error: this.docShell is null
Source File: chrome://global/content/bindings/browser.xml
Line: 0"

But, i check it from ZD for Mac, the same error (this.docShell is null...) occurs over there.

So how can i find more detailed log to send you?

I found a temporary solution. When you open mail in new window, just click CTRL+P and then print window comes.

But this is temporary solution. Still no solution

When i check the logs (i found just now this log, cause i'm new in Zimbra), şt says like that. can you say what happens.
