Default Desktop Font Zimbra client 7.0.1

I installed the new Zimbra client 7.0.1 on winxp and the font displayed is absolutely terrible! Extremely hard to read and have had numerous complaints from others in the office. Is there a was to change the main zimbra desktop font? The font in the reading pane is great it is the rest of the fonts on the screen that suck rocks!

Thank you!

Default Fonts in Windows XP stink.

Same problem here in Windows XP pro. The message list fonts look identical to your screenshot. I've tried several things to change the default font in ZD, as well as trying to change the default windows system fonts, all to no avail.

I've browsed through bugzilla, and there two open bugs that look like they are actually both referring to this issue:

Bug 57943 anti aliasing, and
bug 37356 Allow user to select fonts.

Default possible solution

On XP incorrectly configured ClearType settings can lead to this. Might be
worth tweaking them using this tool:
Microsoft Typography - ClearType Tuner PowerToy, at least to see if
it helps any.
I tried this on my computer and it made a significant improvement in ZD. It made two other browser based apps (Oracle JD Edwards Enterpriseone and Kerio Control) a bit more difficult to read, but still acceptable.
