Default Zimbra account usage

Can someone advise if 2 (separate) users are able to simultaneously view, edit, and see changes from one user to another? Please note each user is importing information from a 3-party thru use of Zimbra and want to be aware of any changes as they are implemented? Thanks in advance for any assistance you can offer.

Could you elaborate more? I'm not sure what exactly you mean, or where/what kind of sharing you are asking about.

Default Zimbra account settings

Sorry, there are 2 independent users of the app (Zimbra) for which we imported email threads from the same (original) user account email. The users would (after importing into Zimbra application) like to have current edits, tags, etc. to the information as it is modified? Is there anyway for the 2 users to have the information synced or updated to reflect anything one user does independent of the other? Thanks for any insight you can provide.

It will work if the account being set up is an IMAP or Zimbra account. It will work best if it's Zimbra, but will still work with IMAP. If it's POP3, you will not have luck.

Default Zimbra Synching ability

@ Krishopper or any other responder. If the original account (yahoo-POP3) was imported into Zimbra, does that still make Zimbra unable to sync any changes between 2 independent Zimbra users? Is it a consequence of the original email server (POP3) that inevitably prevents 2 independent users (of Zimbra) from being able to simultaenuosuly receive and be updated to any and all changes, i.e- tagging? Thanks in advance for any assistance anyone can offer.
