Preset response zimlet or something

We have a hosted zimbra account we're using for customer service emails. Also using ZD Client. Many of the questions we receive are the same and I am wondering how I can simply responses with some kind of cookie cutter responses.

The only thing I can think of right now is if I make a whole bunch of signatures and pull them down from the drop down.

But then (since we have multiple people using the account) they'd have to manually update the actual signature with their name or we'd have to duplicate all the sigs so we have one for each customer service rep.

Is there a zimlet or something that could help me out with this so I could just right click in the message body and choose a response?

I don't think it has auto-response, but a more efficient way of doing this could be to set up templates for your responses using the EMail Templates (com_zimbra_emailtemplates) zimlet.
