Default Lost tags when moving mail to local folders

In Zimbra Desktop 2.01 I moved a chunk of mail from my Inbox to an archive folder I created in my Local Folders. Many of those messages were tagged, but after the move, all of the tags disappeared.

    Is this a bug?

We are running Zimbra server 6, with plan to migrate to 7 this summer.

I just discovered this same thing and am wondering the same. Is this purposeful behavior, or a bug?

    Hi,

I have the same problem with ZD 7.1.4 and ZCS 7.2.0.
Tags are lost when you move mails between accounts (ZCS account to other ZCS account, ZCS account to local folders, local folder to ZCS account).

However, if you move a folder with tagged mails, then the tags are correctly moved to the new folder.

I have created a bug on the bugzilla (74979).

do you confirm the bug ?
