Cant set up msn live pop3 acct

I am getting a Error setting up my msn email acct SSL failure connection while validating. I have all the settings that are used in outlook express pop3.live.com port 995 ssl and smtp.live.com port 587 ssl enabled but am getting this error.

try pop3.live.com (SSL 995), smtp.live.com (NO SSL 587 with authentication info)
