Zimbra Desktop tray icon disappear on minimize or on closing Zimbra Desktop

I've got a Zimbra Desktop vers. 2.0.1 (build 10659) on a windows xp sp3. Since a couple of days, when i close zimbra desktop window (using x button of the window), the ZD icon on systray disappears.

The process zdesktop.exe, is running, and when i try to execute again zd from its desktop icon, it starts quickly, in the same way as when the ZD systray icon was present.

Any suggestion to restore ZD systray icon functionality?

P.S. There is a post in this forum, with the same question, marked as solved, but the solution is not very usefull.
