Zimbra Desktop Shared documents

Hi, i've been using Zimbra Desktop 2.0.1.
When i share Briefcase folder everthing works fine, a user can see/add files on it.
But if try to open to edit files i'm getting "No HTML formatter available for item".
I found the url: and its points to localhost. am i doing something wrong?

PS: All of these features works fine on Web Client.
