Signature Image Does Not Show

I'm not sure if I'm posting on the correct forum but I've had no luck in contacting anyone for help...

The image for my signature in my Zimbra HMail account is not showing up when I send emails. It displays in the signature box when I saved it but just doesn't show up when I'm composing an email or when I send one. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

to aid you in finding a solution, please answer what questions you can:

- Within your preferences / signatures, did you name this signature?
- Is the signature set as plain text or HTML? Have you switched it to bot plan text and HTML to see if the image appears?
- What is the format of the image? I.E jpeg,gif...
- Under the accounts page / Signatures, do you have do not attach signature selected?
