What is the proper way to save or backup data from contacts, calender, etc.
Also: Is exporting and importing the best way to move my outlook and thunderbird info into zimbra? The main reason I am trying Zimbra is to try to centralize some of this type data which can be scattered among several applications.

I just started with the program yesterday and had imported some of my contact information when I decided to add the sticky notes zimlet. After installing the zimlet, my imported contacts seem to have disappeared.
