Default Search not showing received results

Hi Zimbraholics,

I have a client whos mailbox is doing funny things. When searching for an email from a contact

"me@mymail.com"

The results only show sent items, not mail received. This is true in both Desktop and Webmail clients. I've had a dig, other accounts are ok, I can't see any strange advanced search issues.. Just these weird results.

Any recommendations?
