Default Folders to copy

Hi,

Which folders in the Zimbra Desktop directory do I copy to kind of "backup" my datas?

Or if I uninstall and old version and install a new one and I want to keep all my datas (emails, documents, calendar,...).

Thanks

I am using zd 1.xx
I want to upgrade to zd 2.xx but not in the same directory.
I do not want to use the export feature. It exports only 1 email account at a time.
I want to directly copy/paste the "datas" folders which are in the zd directory.
I found that these folders are store, derby and index.
Can I just copy/paste those 3 folders from zd 1.xxx to zd 2 directories ?
Thanks

My suggestion is you export and then import. I didn't use 1.xx before and only know that 1.xx cannot be upgraded to 7.0 directly due to database schema changes, etc. ZD2.0 can be upgraded directly, so very likely there was a major change between 1.0 and 2.0.... better choose the safer way and do some backup...

Thanks,
I did what you wrote.
But.... little problem...
When I export an account from zd 1.xx and then import it into zd 2, the emails that were tagged are tagged differently after the import. The emails do not have the same tag !!! Can you imagine the mix...

Is someone from your team working on this ?

No, I have not. I am a little afraid of "Beta" versions for programs I need to use daily.

It is perfectly stable, try it and see - make sure you backup your original ZD 2 install first.

I am trying it.

Problem:
I cannot use the "import" button. Nothing happens when I click on it. In fact, something happens: the button deactivates !
Any suggestion because I need to import from zd1.
Thanks
