Default How to use whitelist with ZD...

I have several valid emails that keep ending up in the junk folder. I mark them as not junk and the next day the show up in the junk folder. These are backup notifications and I am using Google Mail with Postini and the do not mark them as junk just Zimbra Desktop. Is there a way for me to mark these as not junk. I have tried filters but it does not seem to apply the filter to the emails.

Any help would be deeply appreciated. I am using the latest version of ZD on the Mac using OSX 10.6.6

Thanks!

Maybe I have not given enough information. I am using the ZD client with Google Apps (GA). GA scrubs the email with Postini and send it to me. So GA knows this is valid email. The email comes from various clients as I monitor their backups. So nobody has any ideas on how I can resolve this to prevent having to go into my junk folder removing these email every day. It is truley a pain in the A??. Is this a bug that fact that filters happen after the spam filter? Should I send my finding there instead of looking for an answer in the forums? Can nobody give me at least the courtesy of saying this is not possible.
