Thread: Sent Emails are Blank

    Both forwarding and reply to in V7 can produce blank replies. One user experiences this about 80% of the day. What information can be gathered to help track down the issue ?

    [I'm way late to this party, but thought I'd contribute anyway]

    We are experiencing this issue as well. Very rare, very sporadic. 4 cases of this cropped up shortly after upgrading from 7.1.x to 7.2.6, but we also had a few cases back on 7.1 version as well.

    We also had the Undo Send Zimlet deployed.

    CoS is set for HTML messages.

    Curiously, the persons that experienced the blank message issue the most were also users who had corrupted mailboxes at some point in the past. Could be a red herring, though.

    I've disabled the zimlet and will report back with any findings...

    I have the same issue but no "Undo Send Zimlet" deployed.
    Any news on this issue? Does it occur with zcs 8?

    The issue went away for us after undeploying and trashing the Undo Send zimlet. No more complaints at all. We are still on 7.2.6. We're upgrading to 8.0.7 this week.

    If you don't have Undo Send deployed, I have no idea! Unless, is it possible that a user is running Zimbra Desktop and deployed this thing on their own client?

    Client is using Outlook. Happens on at least 2 PC's running outlook with ZCO.
    Could also be reproduced. When forwarding an email, with an attachment, the attachment is present, but the text is missing.

    So probably not quite the same issue.
