ZD Drops Server Connection

I have deployed Zimbra and ZD in my company and seem to be having issues where ZD drops connection to the server and doesn't reconnect for a couple hours. I can force it to reconnect by closing ZD and killing the ZD processes then relaunching but this happens several times throughout the day with several users. Does anyone know what the issue could be?

I've tried several different configurations in regards to OS, Server version and ZD version.

Windows users seem to experience it the most though I've recently been told Apple users suffer as well.

ZD 7 + ZCS 6 seemed to actually work but when I upgraded ZCS to 7 the problems started reoccurring.

I personally have not experienced the issue, but I'm running linux.
