Error al niciar Zimbra - Couldn't read override.ini

Buenas, he decidido instalar Zimbra Desktop en Windows XP Professional SP2 para probarlo. No tuve ningún problema al instalarlo pero al tratar de abrir la aplicación me sale este error: Couldn't read override.ini.
Si alguien puede ayudarme estaré muy agradecido.

If you look in the Zimbra Desktop forums you'll see a thread about this problem with a solution, if I remember correctly.
