Default [SOLVED] How much data of old emails Zimbra download at first run?

Hi all, i am a new Zimbra Desktop user ... I am actually trying it out to see if it suits me.

I have just added my Yahoo email and it seems that unlike other email client that usually will download only new emails, ZD download my old emails as well (synchronizing). As I have a lot of emails in that email account, I am a bit concerned about the amount of download that it will do.

I would like to know how far back ZD will sync my old emails ... and will it do a complete download or just the headers?

Can I set it up to only download new emails?

On the first run It will synchronise the whole mailbox, after that it will be new email.

Thanks for your reply.

So does it mean that if my mailbox is 3GB I will make a download worth of 3GB at the first run?

Cheers,
