What do you mean by the 'Notes section'? Do you mean Documents or Briefcase? In either case, there's nothing you need to do if you're connecting to a Zimbra server but you may want to read this: Zimbra Desktop 7.0 Beta 1 Release Notes - Zimbra :: Wiki

hello phoenix,

I mean the Documents application. In ZD2 (MacOsX) you have too activate a seperat button too see the Documents application - in ZD7 I can't find it.
I'm connecting with a Zimbra server.

greetings

Did you read the link I gave you about current 'issues'? In Zimbra 7 the Documents feature doesn't exist and therefore won't be visible in ZD 7 if you're connecting to a ZCS server prior to version 7 - you'll have to continue using the Web UI to view Documents in that scenario.
