Question Can I set default formatting for emails as html?

When I click replay or when I try to compose a new email, the default formatting is plain text. Every time I have to change it in html. I know that text is safer but I prefer html. Is there any way to change this as default setting?

Hi,

you have to go to 'Preferences' tab in your ZD, choose 'Composing' option and in 'composing messages' select 'Compose: as HTML', then click 'save'.

Regards

How can I set this as an administrator policy? I would like to apply HTML as a default for all users on the same COS.

regards,
Everson
