Default Messages Dissappear from Zimbra

Hi,
I have a big issue here.
My boss have lotīs of folders and subfolders.
He claims that messages just dissapear from the subfolders (Year 2009)
So - Everything from Jan to Dez 2009 and Jan to Oct 2010 gone .
We here use IMAP for our connection and never lost anything.

He also in Oct 2010 change his laptop from Mac to Windows (Also in IMAP Mode)

Please folks iīm crazy here and almos get fired.
Exist any change to this messages just dissapear ? He as 9 GB Imap Box.

Also we make a incremental backup from time to time.
The others inboxes (more than 100) have messages from 2009, 2008.
Just my boss get wippeout.

Please any help will save my job and life.

You've posted this in the Zimbra Desktop forum, is that where the problem is or is it a Zimbra server? You also haven't given any details about which version of Zimbra is installed. Update your forum profile with the output of the following command (do not post the output in this thread):

Some details of what you've already tried for debugging this problem might be a good starting point and whether this is a new install or an upgrade of Zimbra and whether the problem has just started happening. Have a look through the log files and see what errors might be related to this problem.
