Default Default compose Text not working

I've changed my default compose format to Text under the "Preferences -> All Accounts > Composing" section. I've saved it, and still every time I compose an email it defaults to HTML. When I go look at my preferences, it says Text.

Does anyone have any ideas what I might do?

You need to give some idea of the Zimbra Desktop version you have installed.
