I am now using Avast as my antivirus program. It keeps poping up with a message saying that I shoule disable SSL/TLS in Zimbra. The message says that Avast wiill provide the SSL/TSL security. When I try to Edit my Account in Zimbra, that is not an option.
The simple answer is, you can't disable it if the connection is to a secure Zimbra server. What you really should do is stop Avast from scanning your ZD folders and email, anti-virus/anti-spam is provided by your Zimbra server.

i have multiple e-mail accounts and my connection IS NOT to a Zimbra server. i will not exclude folders and leave my system vulnerable to attacks; that is counter-productive and NOT AN ANSWER. i currently do not have exceptions for ANY folders or programs on my system; do you consider yourselves better and more special than all other software? i have a high traffic system and cannot afford to leave anything unguarded.
