Add new account hangs

Hi. I'm new to Zimbra. I just installed zdesktop_2_0_1_b10659_win32.msi on Windows XP.

I managed to set up two accounts, Gmail and Yahoo and they both work OK.

I now want to set up access to another account on Zoho using IMAP. I filled in the details on the 'Add new account' screen. When I click 'Validate and save' it just says 'Processing' and hangs forever.

There is no error message and no way to break out of it. I end up having to use the Task Manager to terminate the program and its various components.

I'm fairly certain the details I entered are correct. But even if I made an mistake there must be a better way.

Can anyone help, please?
